Tri-clorethylene, which you can buy at any hardware store, poured into or around a underground water table, at a very low concentration, will cause the individuals drinking it to develop “oral-cleft” disease. Very ugly thing to happen to anyone.
Do you know what “LOCTITE” is? It is used to lock nuts and bolts and to hold bearings in place, it seals in the absence of air…unlike glue. Well if you have about $40.00 for a on ounce bottle of it, get one, then get some syringes, readily available at your local “needle exchange”, and suck some up in one and squirt it into the locks on the doors of anything….businesses, houses, cars, padlocks…better know a cheap locksmith.
Think about if you shot some junkie up with this shit, the ‘permenant‘ LOCTITE is red in color…looks like a shot of heroin after you “register“ it…wow.
Do you know what the white substance in a “twisty” light bulb is?…MERCURY!
Highly poisonous and readily available. If you “cut” a gram of speed or cocaine with it, you cannot tell it isn’t B12 or some other “cut”.
