Over the past six years we have never talked about the "drug culture" and the "underground" in the city of San Francisco, where you work and live, as I have asked you at one of our earliest meetings. Recently I have experienced many of the symptoms of the "conspiract theory" and have brought this to your attenton, at numerous of our sessions. At our last session you sat in very close proximity of me and stated, "Jack you are notiving way too much". You have completely ignored my requests to talk about these incidences and I have found your behavior most annoying and extremely unprofessional. I have also told you of numerous instances were individuals in the city of San Francisco have attempted to "set me up" on criminal charges. Recently I spoke with Ms. Laura Salazar, of the James F. Boccardo Regional Reception Center in San Jose and spoke to her about the individuals I have toldd you about and they all seem to have audio communication devices implanted in them and a majority of them are ex-military.
You perscibed a "medical marijuana" card for me as my only medication and it has caused numerous problems as far as treating my Borderline Personality Disorder, I have spoke to you about these "episodes" I have, and the anger they produce. I have asked you to perscibe medications that have helped in the past and you refuse to entertain any of the ideas that I ahve had, as far as therapy. I have gladly tried all the medications that you have suggested and tried and all of them have caused serious 'side-effect', and we have both agreed to discontinue their use.
I asked you once to asked the police exactly 'who' these people were, the individuals with the audio implants, and you said they are the "live-in-the-moment, self-indulgents", when in fact htey are the LeVey clan of the "Church of Satan" started by Anton Sanzdor LeVey, on April 30, 1966, and the ARYAN BROTHERHOOD of White Supremacists,
These people have stolen and or swapped out all of my electronics and that I have recently bought a Best Buys, which amounts to about $4,000.00 and over $2,000.00 of bike parts off of my bikes at the Apollo Hotel. Mr. Michael Fell, when I had asked him about this, he stated, "Jack you are not suposed to notice any of this."
Mr. Steven Martin, in room #317 at the Apollo Hotel, stated on his implants, talking under his breath, "The last time we did this to someone in Atlanta we made him go blind.", speaking of the crystal chemical the NWO, "New World Order" is putting in the in the food chain to make our citizens...the middle class, be more benevolent with the last of the wealth in our country. My sight has gotten significantly worse, and it is not from my personal drug use.
Jason I mentioned to you once in your office to "quit gassing my room". I have heard individuals up on the roof late at night, after access to the roof is prohibited and the security cameras have been moved as to make it impossible to see any activity on the roof. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they said it would be addressed and it was not. This has been comment on by many individuals in you city as "typical" and Michael Fell told me there was a specific reason that I was given that particular room because of it placement and location on the top floor, with easy access fro the roof. When I asked you in your office to cease the "gassing" you nodded in acknowledgement of my request.
The chemicals make you suicidal and considering the percentage of suicides in your city it doesn't take a mathematician to put 2 + 2 together.
Josh Zamora came to my room at the Apollo Hotel and stated he wasnted to have sex and I found this rather weird, since I had suggested it before when he asked to be an overnight guest and had some "dope", methamphetamine. He had stated in earlier encounters that he was not gay and although he is an avid meth user, he stated he was not gay. He then made the statement, "I don't believe what I do for these people".

Mari Tepler, the woman that lived directly below me in room #327, stated when I said I was going to try be alittle bit more socially dettached from the people in the city, that if I became unsociable they would put me somewhere you couldn't. How convenient to be in "total" control of the financial health of your retirement plan.
See if you put someone of Social Security you have just given your local economy a $1,000.00 shot in the arm, in revenue, then you force that individual to "volunteer", as you put it, you just got you one "free" employee. See the "living-wage" in San Francisco is around $38.00 per hour and your City's minimum wage is $9.25. Sounds to me like if you get a job there your P/L sheet will be in the "RED".
But if you set one of your "non-conforming" Socail Security recipients, up on felony criminal charges,
and get them thrown in your "retirement plan mechanism", CCA, you just got you $66,000.00 in Federal money to house, feed, care and supply health care for them. It also generates jobs, since you need employees to run the prisons. Then you force them to pump out goods at a penal facility with a work farm and/or program.
NOW THAT IS AN EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT.

I knew that and was not a resident of Michigan, I was here visiting my parents, I was a resident of California and all you had to do is call in a script to Walgreens and I could pick it up at any Walgreens in the United States. You refused to perscribe the medication and my parents and family witnessed, as my sister, one of the "episodes". Since I can not get the only perscribed medication, medical marijuana, here in Michigan, I told my family I was taking a bike ride. After going out to get my bike I noticed I had left my cigarettes in the basement and returned to the house to get them. When I opened up the back door, my father of 80 years old and recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, was in the basement hallway and when I opened the back door it hit him and knocked him backwards down the steps. He suffered head trauma and an ambulance had to be called, and he went to the hospital for 5 days. This accident was the direct result of your incompetence at properly perscribing medication for you patient....me.
The phone and hospital records will prove your negligence. You laughing at me in your office on the occassions when I have had these "episodes" shows your level of professionalism....or lack there of.

Ms. Clark stated, "Jack I'm not going to give you any advice her, you have to make all decisions on your own." Now all I do is sit on my ass and wait for someone else to make something happen that I can use...like a living wage job...or a blowjob.
After the events of the Apollo Hotel and Ms. Clark's lack of information I decided to protect myself and my meager belongings I would move out of the hotel and relocate to San Jose, where the behavior seemed to continue.
I also told you, Jason, about Mr. Phil Streigel, ex-military, I will be having a background check run on Mr. Striegel to see exactly who he really is and "what we are working with here".
Recently people in public arenas have had conversations that were seemed to be aimed at me, one such incident happenned on an VTA (Valley Transit Authority) bus in San Jose. If I am not mistaken a guy named Ray, who visited me at my room at the Apollo Hotel, rubbed something into my upper right arm and said he was rubbing a "mole", which I did not have. after pullinng away I noticed something, a bump, underneath my skin. I do believe I have an RFI (radio frequency interceptor) under my skin now. These would allow me to be tracked, or they are using my telephone and the GPS unit or the "proximity sensor". I have noticed "networks", VPN's (virtual private networks) on my cell phones and on my computersd, which they have been switching out everytime I get them fixed, this is most helpful as it is a hige waste of money. These electronics that you have been "fucking" with are destroyed and thrown out, YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK...GOOD JOB, and you think my check is a huge waste of money.
Jason I will be returning in August of this year and will stop into your office. Take note that I will be recording all of our conversations, and demanding verbal answers from you and your staff, instead of nods of your head or shrugs of your shoulders.
